ADOLESCENCE

This 13 week online & live class, is an invitation to reclaim the lost understandings and initiatory aspects of a transitional and decisive phase in our children’s life:

-puberty: which is the transformation into physical maturity of the young adult body.

-and adolescence: which is when a child matures emotionally and psycho-spiritually into early-stage adulthood.

This class offers a unique approach of the adolescence period, broadening our understanding, redefining this time of our children’ life, by apprehending the physiological transformations in mirror to the cosmological movements. We cannot remove the cosmical intelligence, the spiritual shifts & alignments from the physiological and visible changes happening. Adolescence is a full spectrum initiation for our children, that is shaping them within & without into the unique being they are.

This container is built up over time and space to process and integrate the information shared as we go: an initiation on its own.

o Have a comprehensive understanding of our Youth’s transitional phases of Adolescence on a wholesome lens: the coherence of Body Mind Soul

o Receive practical tools on how to address challenging behaviours.

o Receive personal support during the time allotted for questions during the class and in between via the membership space, where all questions will be addressed.

o Receive insights about ancestral practices and understandings of initiations and rites of passages.

o Understanding the phenomenon of our Youth over-pathologization and way to engage in a collective shift.

o Feel inspired to participate in your own healing, the healing of your family dynamic, as well as part of the healing of the collective.

o As Human Beings, you will understand that differences of sexes complementary to each other, a natural design that optimises life. And that our relationship with the Sacred is central to our human well-being.

This class is for parents and care-takers of children that are inspired, curious and excited to guide our Children and Youth into early Adulthood with grounded presence and maturity.

Adolescence is often time being perceived and described as difficult and challenging as a response to the fears attached to the lack of understanding from most of us not having completed this process with guidance and loving support.

Many of us have been lacking the needed inputs and are still unwinding into mature adulthood throughout our middle life, gathering here and there the missing pieces to fully land as integrated and mature adults.

o Parents of pre-teen and teens but also of younger children to prepare a solid base for the forthcoming transitional phases happening.

o Care-giver of children, pre-teens, teens, working in education field and/or family settings.

o Parents, Women & Men that are excited to take responsibility for their life and own wellbeing walking the healing path of remembrance and wholeness.

o Women & Men that are taking their responsibility for personal and collective healing.

o Young adults that are looking for direction and support finding their path.

This is a 3- part journey designed for parents and care-givers of Children and Youth, to orient ourselves as individuals - sparking a collective shift-, around a wholesome understanding of the adolescence period that is a key transformational time in our children’s life, for them to step into early-stage adulthood with orientation, maturity and response-ability.

It is about time to re-evaluate the adolescence experience, understanding the valuable meanings and initiations that have been disregarded in our contemporary industrialised culture.

This program is an invitation to explore the meaningful and richness of this life stage and to revive practices that will contribute to the wholesome development of our Youth.

PHASE I:

SITUATION – THE GROUND

In this first 4 weeks of the class, the intention is to introduce to the holistic process of the adolescence period -Body Mind Soul transformation- and the outcome that is aimed through this process:

maturity & response-ability (responsibility)

– not only physical maturation that is unavoidable, but also emotional maturation that is emerging in conjunction to spiritual exploration.- From this place can we self-reflect on where are we on our own development as adults:

Have we reached emotional maturity?

Are we response-able?

How can we tend to ourselves to become better guide to our Youth?

Our Youth is reflecting back at us the deficits (which, In animistic perspective, is refer to as Soul Loss), the wounds and scars that we carry and need to tend, for us to become better guides to them.

They are calling us forth our for accountability and integrity and this is what the first phase of this class will tend to: situating ourselves to where we are within our own path and within our family constellation.

The second phase of the class will offer a perspective of the adolescence period that while focusing on a wholistic approach (Body Mind Soul), will bring back to light the innate design of our sexed bodies: honouring the natural and dualistic expression of female and male physiology, a duality that is at the centre of all cosmological and spiritual understandings/mythologies and that is key to the alchemizing process of transformation.

The third phase will tend to ways to integrate the transformations and how to keep the revelations received unfolding, for both our children and ourselves. An invitation to cultivate Hope and Visions for the future we envision for our Youth.

I am a holistic practitioner that have been working mainly supporting mothers throughout pregnancy and postpartum, while guiding many women reclaiming their whole health and integrity.

What is bringing me to offer this class is, as a mother of a magnificent 11 years old son, the deep appreciation for our Children and Youth as being the great teachers in little bodies. This class is also a way to celebrate the absolute transformative magic and out-of-the-world beauty of the mothering/parenting journey.

Integrating a childhood of both wonders and abuse, being at time fully lost and somehow deeply anchored during my youth, to being devotional and destructive in my young adult years, until becoming a mother, my life have been oscillated between the extremes of discipline and depletion. And the red thread of this life journey is my deep love and adoration for our human experience, my devotion to life, and my ever-growing relationship to the living world that have been my guides and guardians from childhood until this day.

From my lack of love, protection and guidance throughout most of my childhood, I have been constantly inspired to change the narrative becoming myself a loving and trusting guidance for children: from the many years of being a recommended and appreciated baby-sitter of children from birth to teen, to becoming a teacher of art for children with special need and disability (working for a couple years with teens being impaired by their socio-familial environment, aged between 13 to 21), to become a support for mothers, their babies and family, to now serving and guiding families as a whole with older children; my love for the growing life and my relationship to Spirits’ realm, have been the red thread that has carried me throughout my professional path.

- Registration of the class is open until September 1st when phase II of the class will start. Phase I of the class can be catch up via the membership space, where all recordings and resource can be found. Furthermore you can ask your questions there and I will be replying throughout the summer.

-There will be time allotted for questions in each class. Questions can be asked via the membership space where I reply to them.

-All classes are recorded and to be found in the Mighty Network membership space. This is a place for community exchange and where resource and extra contents can be found, all of it accessible until the end of 2024.

-All classes are live and will be recorded. The recordings will be posted 24 hours after the class on the membership space.

-This class is for parents of children all ages, for children care taker and for any young adult looking for guidance.
